Im 66 years old and can arrest to the expertise and sound teaching of a few biblical scholars and pastors.
I would highly recommend listening to Pastors Jack Hibbs out of Chino Calif..
And Pastor John MacArthur.
If you want to know where we are on the prophetic timelime with regard to the imminent Rapture of the Church and the coming Tribulation period of 7 years..i would encourage you to listen to Pastor Jimmy Evans on Tipping Point and Pastor Perry Stone on Mannafest.
The term "Rapture" is not found in Scripture..but in the Greek it is called "harpazo:..which translates as the "snatching away"
While the Catholic church does not subscribe to this event..there are many Biblical texts that support the belief that the Church will be "taken" out of this realm before the Tribulation because the "children of God" are not appointed to suffer the wrath of God that is coming soon.
I encourage you to learn more about this..as prophesies are happening in rapid succession in real time.
According to end-times scholars..every event that needs to happen prior to the Rapture has been realized.
There is nothing more holding back our removal to heaven..only the perfect timing of our Great and loving God.

I'm a Christian and I can't truly define what "real", "believe", "God", or "faith" is either.
I know how to define "cat" because a cat is a thing I exist alongside of. (It is "of this world"/"of the flesh")
I don't know how to define "faith" because it exists "within Jesus Christ" who is not something I can pick up and pet.
Really look at the Jesus of the Bible. He doesn't let you pin him down. Any time you try to He ends up shattering you again so that you're left with no possibility BUT HIM.
"Be ye perfect as your heavenly father is perfect." If that statement doesn't shatter you then it means that you have made "perfect" what you are already doing..... which means you are your own god.
