People who say they are having back and forward conversations with God I often doubt what they hear. His words are very short not long back and forward conversations

I am pretty much certain that I have had The Lord speak to me through, The Bible, Making Certain Videos appear in my recommendations right when I need them or ask a question, sermons, external affirmation, and I guess maybe once or twice I heard something in my thoughts that might have been him giving me a sign once or twice, but the thoughts thing might be a stretch. I don't know why some people think that you need some loud voice from the clouds answering you every time you pray. That actually seems like the least effective way to communicate in most situations.

Wow so right now I’m struggling! About 4 weeks ago I attended a concert at my church and I was waiting in line and looked over my shoulder and saw the side profile of this guy pass by me and as he was walking away I heard, “He, is your husband.” I was in shock because it was such a random thing that came to me and I said, “well, if he’s my husband how will I find him in this crowd? I probably won’t see him ever again but if I do see him please confirm it to me...” As I was approaching to enter the building, I saw him at the door handing out flyers for the young adult group service of the church. I got a new job about a week ago. It’s a private small food business that serves ramen & pho and at first I was complaining a ton internally about how small and a bit dirty it was. I felt I deserved better since working for so long with a ton of experience thinking my standards were better but immediately when I’d complain in my head I’d hear the phrase that less is more over and over. I grew to love the new place but has an opportunity for a new job which was a nice fancy franchise restaurant but was honestly pretty busy so I asked God for two specific signs whether I should stay at my current local job or leave to this new one and he told me to stay.

Some years ago I was going through something at work that really upset me and I constantly prayed to God to remove the negative people out of my life. One day I wasn’t washing dishes and crying talking out loud saying why do these people act like they don’t even know me, and I’m telling you, as sure as the sky is blue, I heard this voice say because you prayed for it. I had to stop what I was doing to look around to see who said that, the voice was that loud and clear. And just then those tears dried up and the world was lifted off my shoulders. Beautiful message ❤ The sixth way that The Most High speaks to us is through "a knowing" - this is so much more than intuition and having faith and I describe it as "You just know something to be true 100%". For example, you know exactly which career to undertake, you know that a certain person cannot be trusted, you know who your soul mate is and so on. It's like you know something and then The Most High confirms what you know in your heart to be true later on.
