Its sounds kind of like Quantum physics. Which is the physics of possibilities! Quantum physics tells us that we are reality creating machines!! Your house, your couch, your tv were all thoughts you had/wanted which were made manifest! They were practically created from thoughts. Focus hard enough on something you truly want and most times it will manifest. That dream will come true! Pieces of that dream will slowly fall into place and sometimes with very little effort. When it does happen and you recognize it, it blows your mind it really does! I'm not saying i understand Tantra. Its a word i have only heard a few times. But the way Sadhguru is explaining it, falls into something i have researched and that is quantum physics and dabbled in quantum mechanics. Its really not as hard as it sounds. You may actually enjoy learning about it. But keep in mind their are no experts in this field imo! Only some well versed. Always nice to hear Sadhguru speak, he really helps to open our minds. Guru ji I see God lord Shiva, Kailash parvat angles and more amazing things. One day I even saw lord Krishna talking to me in a Human Avatar when I got to know it's Krishna the heaven door got closed and many . I feel better when i dream . Even the other day I saw a little boy in my dream and in the dream I saw he is a soul then I got to know the next day that the a little boy and his father died at road accident that road i crossed.

Almost a year ago I was dreaming, but I didn't realize it was a dream, and I started to meditate within the dream, the next thing I realized, I was experiencing a reality that seemed more real than the one that we're in now. I seen my parents in front of me and they looked like teenagers, and I thought about how everything that seems so important is very temporary. It was after this thought I went into that other state, and then I woke up in this reality that we all know as the waking state, but the more I woke up, the more it felt like I was falling back into a sleeping state. That was a bizarre experience, but I'm pretty sure that is what is referred to as "Turya," or the 4th state. I researched about this after it happened and we are usually aware of 3 states of consciousness, waking, dreaming, and deep sleep. It's given me a completely different perspective on life, and seems like a gift to let me know that I am on the right track.
