This could be a serious legal problem that you could sue YouTube for. Or if you don’t want to start problems with YouTube, you could sue the company that claimed the video and YouTube will need to unclaim the video under copyright TOS And Laws. Also YouTube is known to see all of your content, so I am sure they are just being difficult which could also be under some law.
