Yes but it is still in HIS timing. Also, He will not answer every prayer if it is not part of His plan for your life, even if you are praying according to His Word, and standing on His Word, and BELIEVING that you have already received your prayer IN FAITH (Mark 11:24). Even if what you are praying for is potentially "good" for you and could TREMENDOUSLY help out in your current situation, He will not always answer every prayer. But still, I'm trusting Him to come through for me and my family.
