Hi Isabel, its my first time stumbling across your page and video and I love this video so much. I live life similarly. You mentioned volunteering at a bakery - Im not sure where you are located... im guessing not california - however I have worked in many bakeries myself and if youd like a sourdough bakery to learn from, it would hands down be WildFlower Bread in Freestone California. Handmade daily, brick oven sourdough. A single little bakery - converted from what once was a barn. A tiny town if you can even call it that. More a stopping place on a trip out to the coast. The owner is amazing and he has a large garden on the property where customers can roam in. A very heart centered warm and welcoming place with absolutely amazing bread. 💚
