you cant be or feel thankful for what you have, when you are not able to be on the ground, in your Body, on earth. that is always the Problem if you bring yourself in situations you cant be without a lot of food, drugs or maschines. our body is so much more sensitiv to what is really going on, what is really natural or possible for us. & beeing thankful is Something that happens when your feel good & save enough where you are, without to much fear because fear block the ability to feel thankful

I enjoy this channel but it frustrates me every time isabel talks about how we "overcomplicate" food and ignores the fact that the complexity of cultural foods is one of the most beautiful, rich parts of life.

Isabel, the scenery and settings you choose for your thoughts about feelings and opportunities are very beautiful. You have a substantial following so I'm sure you are well funded for your adventures. You live and travel to some very interesting places but it seems you take risks often enough that it puts you in a bit of danger (like not planning for having enough water). I don't know how much planning you put into your travels but I'm hoping you take care of yourself and reduce your risks a little more. I don't want to visit your page one day and see where you had passed away from an event in your travels that put you in harms way. Keep up the good work. Very cinematic and creative scenes.
