Yes is true sister ! I had that happened to me in the past with someone I was so in love and I didn’t understand why he was always disappearing on me .. He even Ended up in Jail , I went to visit him few times . Then after he got out of Jail we were back together again then he disappeared again.. Then I gave up !

Prodigal do these kinds of things though just as well and it's God protection to remove you from that situation because it just isn't the right time.. this isn't always the case, yes prodigals are immature and aren't ready to recieve you but that just means that it isn't the right time and God has work to do with them
