I can't wait to try to this. You should use parchment instead of foil. I lost my mother-in-law to Alzheimer's . One of the things that causes Alzheimer's is aluminum full or aluminum pots any kind of aluminum that gets hot , it puts off a certain gas and it goes into your food. You can do research on it.
