In India and hot countries people can eat once per day and stay vegan but in cold countries where long winter people must eat fat and proper food otherwise they can't survive. If Sadguru stayed one year in Alaska and shows how be vegan and keep working 40 hours at work, then to do acadashi .... I just tried to say that it's so difficult to follow the vegan style in the cold regions. Some places are just not possible at all.
