I don't know why but all of a sudden yesterday I started watching my thoughts without engaging with my thoughts or reacting to them, and slowly discrimination arose and I realised all that happens in head is just thoughts not reality. Then slowly continuously watching it without taking any break, a little distance arose between me and my mind and after some more time I realised I am not mind. You know after some time i was just empty, in a kind of nothing state or no-Thought state. Throughout my eyes were open and I sat continuously for more than 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
