People who don't want to have children are usually letting their fear of missing out on what they already have keep them from experiencing something they've never had.

What's gonna happen when Bjorn (I think that's how u spell it) finds out about the bridge incident and the whole bitch lasagne and PewDiePie vs TSeries thing

I was never nervous about having kids, I always said I was nervous about having teenagers. Now my sons are 17 and 14 and they are wonderful, thoughtful intelligent humans. Enjoy the ride, let them make mistakes along the way, you will as a parent. Next thing you know you will be pushing 50 looking at what university they will be going to. People say it all the time, it goes fast. When you are 20 you think you will live forever. Dont take life for granted.

I have a 3 year old and a 21 year old both times the first couple of years is hard on me because they can't really do anything, but once they can start walking and interacting and getting some form of independence that's when the fun begins for me 🙂

I would love to have a second child, but its impossible financially to bring another soul here for me, saldly. If you can, do it, its a joy to educate, play and most important, to create a bond with someone you and your loved one brought here.
@KPocket98 Says:
Stay there, dont come to the EU, for the best of your child
@Zephriesz Says:
4:17 People underestimate children so much. The thing about children is that their brain is like a vacuum and will pick up on anything very quickly. Language wouldn't be a problem because Björn is already exposed very early

@TheRealHolySpirit Says:
teach your kid a second language it will increase their gray matter of their brain so they perform better at other tasks it's like a cheat code to life regardless of if they forgot the langauge later in life the increased gray matter is still there to absorb memory tasks for other things

I haven’t watched PewDiePie in years but always admired him as a person. I am personally expecting my first born next month who happens to be a boy and I was completely shocked when I checked up on his channel to see that he’s had a son and has documented some of his experiences. Thank you so much for this video. I will be a first time parent soon and this video was oddly reassuring. Time flies by, feels like just yesterday I was gaming all night on my Xbox 360 and now I have the responsibilities of raising a son and guiding a family. Thanks for all of the memories and I wish you and your family the best on this incredible journey. It’s honestly a blessing.

My son is about to turn five, and my daughter is turning eleven in May. Being a parent is the best thing that could happen to a person; patience and understanding go a long way. Everything is twice as enjoyable, the holidays, etc. Everything becomes twice as good. Like Felix said, you are living with a new set of eyes. Don't even take unwanted advice from people who have kids.
@Lemonaiz Says:
my main issue with family channels or kids being in social media is that they are the "main character" of the channel almost. All their tantrums and mistakes are being shown to the camera to make a profit.

It doesn't make sense to send Bjorn to school in Japan, for many reasons, not just the languages.

It's kinda funny to talk about "how will Björn learn languages" when he's literally gonna grow up surrounded by four of them. It'll come very natural to him, as it usually does to kids. It's actually a very normal development in bilingual or multilingual household that the children simply learn by... existing around the languages they hear. It's just weird that people think it'll be difficult, but learning language isn't difficult for kids. That's why every proper school system has started introducing languages in first or second grade, because the earlier you start, the easier it is

Hold that baby and speak as much to him as you can and read to him as much as you can. Speaking and reading to them is a huge predictor of linguistic ability and vocabulary count. The more languages you expose him to, the better off he’ll be.

I's buetiful to see you grow and make a real family. You have become super cool role model for younger generation. I think for fathers the first year is more difficult, because like you said, you try to find your place and in reality mom's are more necessary for infant's. But after 1 year or 2 it's super cool to be a dad. And super fun time to play and watch your child together.

Felix, I returned to this video in the days after my wife and I welcomed our son into the world. The newborn trenches are real and Ive been feeling doubts and fears about my capability to be a father, especially when he just won't settle and we are enormously sleep deprived.
To see you settle in to fatherhood, even with the difficulties, and just adore Bjorn is beautiful. It gives me a view and a light beyond the seriously rough moments and sleep deprivation.
I can't wait to experience what you have in seeing my son growing up and enjoy the new family unit with my wife as the months and years fly by.
Thank you for your reflections and bless you and your beautiful family.

Here is how I see my kids. The age period from when they are born until they can touch their hands together above their heads is probably the sweetest most cherished part of my life. Yes it involved a lot of sleepless nights and whatnot, but I would do it thousand times over if my body allowed for it. So Pewds as one dad to another, do cherish those moments. Once his hands can touch each other above his head, he is going to be an independent kid and you will wake up from your sweet reverie and wish you could go back again, but you won't be able to, and the feeling will be so damn bittersweet because on one hand you are happy that your kid is growing up so much, on the other hand that short period is probably the sweetest period in your whole life. That's not to say that things don't get more fun or anything, but I do look back on those days with so much fondness of not knowing what to do, lacking sleep, not even being able to formulate a single coherent thought, yet at the same time having your whole life and every waking and sleeping moment revolve around someone that's not you.
