I lost 741.00 and only stayed 17 hours. The Airbnb had sewage leaking in the main floor restroom a dead mouse was under the kitchen sink finally the backdoor wouldn't lock. Basically the rental from hell in Silver Point TN. I made many phone calls to the emergency host and was called a lier. I contacted the Airbnb manager and sent pictures of all the issues. Not one penny did I get back. I even had my Lawyer send a letter to the host and Airbnb. And nothing was refunded. Never will I stay at any Airbnb or VRBO, NEVER!!!!
