With regards to the camp sites, I'd make sure you provide a picnic table in addtion to the fire ring and garbage cans. Also some sort of tent pad if you're expecting heavy traffic, otherwise you'll end up with a mud pit at each site. Most people will expect these things as they're standard at every campground you go to.

I think youre going to find that rolling bikes through that building will get quite annoying. It seems awkward to have to go through the break room to get to a shop to work on the bikes. gonna be tracking in lots of mud/dirt too.
