Thank you the wonderful tips on fasting. How to determine how long to fast? Can one fast 2 days a week for the rest of the year? Also can you do a clip on what’s allowed during the fast, explain physical activities the do’s and don’t. Thank you in advance for responding & God bless you.

I loved your biblical perspective on what’s about to happen for this church. I was moved to tears the 1st time I watched one on his ceremonies. 3rd) I’m here because I know a FAST is needed in my life. As a single mother of 6, with 4 daughters living at home, I’m in what feels like a SPIRITUAL WARFARE!! I use to have a great relationship with God. But life starting life-ing if you know I mean! I know God didn’t forsake me, I stopped chasing after Him. There’s a scripture that I repeatedly runs through my mind and I find myself meditating on it. Matthew 26:41 “The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak”. I’m at that point where I know a fast is needed. I didn’t forget how to fast but what I need to be during my fast. And that’s when your video came up🙌🏾🙏🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾
I know this is long winded but I had to get that out first! Please lift me up in prayer as I prepare for my fast.

Thank you Karolyne again, you have and share awesome messages from the Lord. I’m fasting now, the Daniel Fast. Now that I’m in my 2nd week, I can see some things coming to light like dreams. I do have a dream log. I like the tip about fruits that are low in sugar bc my insulin could be spiking during the day. And then to expect God to do according to his will. I’m going to write those down and look for God to do only what he can and will. Looking forward to you Plan and Pray next Friday.
