I agree with you that we should be connected with a local church and be involved in serving, and building relationships because the virtual church you are missing that connection and not really in alignment with the word to mot forsake the assembly with like minded believers. However, I have been connected to several local churches in my home state over the years in my walk with God. Its the lukewarm atmosphere, people pleasing, wrong doctrine, church hurt that is not been addressed, poor leadership, lawless behavior that I have encountered that is just too much. My last encounter with a local church that God told me to go in and serve, the pastor who knows me saw me at a local event where he was been honored and told me " Your face looks familiar but I dont know from where, but his wife and family knew who I was. I am a member of a local church where the season pastor teaches the word but I question if the holy spirit is present, like the politicians are present. The need for deliverance and discipleship is greater than before. Yet there are no churches who even have deliverance in their services. I had to ask god to lead me to a pastor to teach me the Truth about end times. I am at a place where my conversations with other like minded believers is vague because there is no real understanding of the word. My spiritual growth has gone to another level from a pastor I connected with online and taking time daily to study the word on my own and yeilding myself in praying and fasting. Once again I am speaking about my experience. The only thing that remained constant is my personal relationship with god and the personal time I spend in his presense .

WHAT?!?!?!? You don't need to know God for Yourself?????🤣🤣🤣🤣 That's is 1000000% UNBIBLICAL! That's probably the craziest things I've ever heard come from a 'pulpit'. Hands down. We ALL need Community and that's what the local Church provides. You DON'T need to lead something. The best Leaders are ones that know it's about SERVING first. Find what moves You (like a Bible Study topic or something as simple as helping out clean) and go from there. Sometimes all You gotta do is step into it and God ALWAYS fill in the gaps. We've gotten lazy thinking We can do online. Cop-out and I've HAD Church hurt on a Leadership level. I KNOW it's hurts but maybe God's got Your Answer waiting for You in Someone You're gonna connect with there. Find a Place that FILLS YOUR SPIRIT!! A gage I've used is lsitening to a Sermon and after Hearing it, do I want to know more about what's been Spoken? Do I feel a need to go deeper? That's what keeps You going back again and again...find a Place You'd go back to 5 Days a week if You could. First thing - ASK GOD - WHERE DO YOU WANT ME? STOP looking for the place that makes You feel comfortable because you'll never grow when You're 'comfortable'. God never said to Worship Him or Serve Him when it's comfortable. Think and Pray about it...

I agree thanks for sharing! All Pastors are not filled with the Holy Spirit and not true teachers of God's word in the bible. I pray we all ask God, the Most High, for the spirit of discernment. These days because they are the last days there are a lot of false prophets knowingly and unknowingly. God bless you all ❤❤❤
