For my password manager I use kepass and synching to share the password file between my divices
I also use synching to backup my photos from my phone to the server.
I like to have my passwords file with a long password on all the divices like a sure bakup.
Talking about backup, you can use almost any divorce as media cerver, but please have some backup 🙏 when you're raspberry storage dies or if you have a crypted drive, something goes wrong and you can't access your files!
I know this wideo is a short tatch on self hosting, but it would be responsible to at least mention that with self hosting you are responsible of your data in a good and scary way that you need to be responsible with backups in case you have anything you you can't afford to lose

I can recommend Proton instead of self-hosting Password manager. You get password manager, VPN, 500 GB drive / photo backup, mail and calendar for €10 per month. All with high level of privacy, geo-redundancy and security. Doing that self-hosted is difficult and much more expensive.

It will share your exact location. even with a mock location app being used. They literally can't stop spying on everyone. It is literally in your face.
