Fir tree form closure interlocks (similar to the ones found in jet engine turbine blade roots) are even stronger. 🤔 I wonder if it'd be possible to make a zippers out of these.
@mechadense Says:
The why no ballpen proof zippers yet?
@ImTotallyReal Says:
Also, that's a zipper made of steelwire on that suitcase, the most common nowadays becose extremely cheap but much less reliable
On the original kind you'd probably have an easier time ripping the fabric than undoing the zipper
@Vicariousleighilive.. Says:
Yeah you’ve broken into the bag but then its obviously been tampered with the lock is to prove only you have used the bag and no one has put drugs in it
@scarface.8325 Says:
no they're not, i always have the same issue, the zipper opens up and then its never the same, might've been made in china, so they even go cheap on the physics of it
@michaelpolakowski7301 Says:
Some luggage (e.g., Red Oxx) uses larger, vinyl zippers that are more resistant to that poking attack. I'd be interested to see you test those.
@aadarshgoenka3206 Says:
I am seeing this while travelling and the people around me just saw me watching this. I can still see them looking at me.
@nicolasshahbaz2520 Says:
This video is actually false. The zipper was invented by John Zipper in 1500 B.C. because John Zipper wanted his son (John Zipper Jr.) to be able to close his backpack easily
@merylslabbert3570 Says:
Suitcase zipper teeth are not the solid chunks made out of metal... that really work properly. Those plastic flexible loops used in suitcase zippers are making flexibility a far higher priority.
@BeanerMan13 Says:
Thanks. Now anyone near my suitcase with a ballpoint pen is getting side-eyed

@Joshninesix Says:
"For just the price of a few Toyota Corollas" lmao I feel like it's been a really long time since I've heard that reference. Takes me back to the old videos
@wolfbrave4866 Says:
That is because you use a shitty luggage, newer luggage, and a double zipper or secure zipper design. It is odd that you have such oversight
@chronocommander007 Says:
I have never heard the term "zipper lock." A zipper is a fastener, it is not intended to be a lock.
The confusion may come from the brand-name Ziploc, which refers to what is genetically more appropriately called a resealable slider storage bag.
@Freda-kz Says:
How to steal at an airport. Thanks for the guide ..
@jodeygillenwater Says:

@usswat66 Says:
Yet a ballpoint pen is used by TSA to inspect the contents of your bags even if they are locked.
@Billybobble1 Says:
Why would I carry contraband onto the plane when I can get someone else to do it, thanks for the tip.
@cd23 Says:
Locks have always been to keep the honest people honest.
@Kuda4 Says:
Is a metal zipper stronger than a plastic zipper....?
@tarcisiobatista5595 Says:
When you get your bag at least you will onow it was violate, and you can show it to them right away to start an investigation, but never send anything off value. Keep the valueables in your back pack.
@PrincessAnnabellzDad Says:
Locks keep honest people out. ;)
@anthrabed Says:

@martincavin6760 Says:
The biggest mistake was putting them on men's pants. They can be a meat grinder. Velcro much better.
@genoobtlp4424 Says:
Aren’t those TSA locks master keyed to a known key anyway?
@Machines.In.Action Says:

@karanova_ai Says:
Whatever you talk here is always half truth on channel.
Most of the things came from sanskrit.
Old hindu granths and bedhas.
They just stole and written their name on international books as theirs.😢
Please do research on their actual source as well, which is 99% of the time in india.
For example algebra, calculas etc were stolen by london professor from india.
They use to think its impossible to do 10-11, when india knew about calculas.😂
@crt24501 Says:
They are also found in proteins as leucine zippers!😂😂 So tough in 2026!☝🏻🔥
