Perception implies to your opinion.
Expression is not based on your opinion always.
If your expression depends upon your opinion then you are not free, but shackled by your own prejudices.
Expressions are like light and wind, they spread spontaneously and cannot be concealed.
If any person manages to conceal his expressions, then he is trapped within himself, due to his fault.
Scope for expression = The unlimited Universe.
Scope for perception = Limited area (depends upon your reach of understanding the unlimited Universe).
Perception has every possibility to become unlimited, only if you chose to be unlimited by broadening your outlook.
Expression is the most important and perceptions are only subsets of expression.
