I think of being in the now as recognizing when my mind becomes repetitive (thinking the same thing over and over). This type of thinking does not seem to go anywhere; it is just a circle of thought. When I realize this is happening, I laugh at myself and try returning to the present. One thing that really helps me is I use a schedule, so I sit in front of my schedule when I am planning long-term. Thank you for the video; it was very informative as always.
