Or just completely ban all social media as it is actually not a necessity in asian n middle Eastern culture. We were already well connected to other people around us. I beleive sex before marriage is immoral. Simply for the fact that if you cant keep it in your pants long enough to build a genuine and committed relationship with someone long enough to commit to a holy vow for life, theres nothing to say that the entire relationship isnt built on simple lust and desire.
The reward for staying virtuous and pure until marriage is that youre relationship has a foundation of something real and unchanging. Sex at that point is the recognition that youve done the hard work to give you the best shot at fulfilling your vows "till death do we part"

In this video sadguru didn't deny the needs of the body but he also said that if somebody knows there true self he don't need this thing.what does it mean of true self?
