Yes, there are feminine and masculine God given virtues inherent to all human beings.
However, WOman as female ,humans,, must be acknowledged, as to have an equally valued,,but different responsibility by creation in the mere fact of their biology, whether they choose to fully accept this or not .
What is lacking is the huMEN, not respecting the virtues of the divine feminine as given in the physical body of a WOman and world economies based only on the requirement of a world focused on the needs of the physical masculine, to devalue the feminine virtues .WOmen and their contribution to their families, the community and all of humanity ,must be given equal respect and value as huMEN.

Without genders, masculine and feminine are of nature, equal
(as qualities)...men, not just women, would have something to celebrate.
If viewed through the lense as "qualities" we can all find common empathy instead of sympathy to admire in the other (gender) and admire in ourselves.
