Brusque rubbing = friction = generation of static electricity of same poles on both palms = palms behave like magnets of same poles and repel one another. Yet this man manages to attach his philosophy to it. Wonderful.

Used to do this in elementary school. Here's thr physics behind it. There's no "energy/vibrations/dimensions" pseudoscientific bs.
Rubbing your hands together pushes air between them. As you quickly separate your hands, the air tries to fill the space in between. This creates a slight pressure difference, with a higher pressure zone momentarily sandwiched between your palms. This pressure change can further contribute to the feeling of a "tight ball."
It's an illusion created by your brain's interpretation of the complex sensory information from your skin and the subtle air pressure changes.
