Thank you sadhguru... I had this issue incase of attraction towards youth of mature man - not everyday too, yet in 1-2.30 months and day before was feeling guilty of the same; Yet as I realised it yesterday, I accepted this that it's a memory of beautiful attraction as the 1st way I had tried to control it a lot in different ways,
So 2nd way was acception and decided will not think ,24 hrs of same as my life does not revolve around only one thing!!
So yes, I want to be the driver!
Also am the one who sleeps a lot sometimes 😂😂 ,
that's the only time I get mental rest!

It's a very basic answer. But how to engage in sexual activity consciously? Sexual energy is very strong energy. Does Sadhuru explain how to direct it? From what I heard, you can either direct it to the bottom which leads to ejaculation or you can direct it to the top which may lead to some higher states or feeling that exceed the orgasm. Does Sadhuru provide any guidance on this?
