Why not adding a laser aiming? Not too heavy, and helps A LOT to find out where in the target are you aiming right now. Miss Kelly is a skillfull artist, but it seem to me, big part of reason for her suceess is her being woman and pretty one at that. If miss Kelly shoots baloons often enough, she might for that type of targets pass the arrow version and go for marbles/bearings version of the bow with ammo magazine assisting device...?
