Well, nice spiritual music, but what he is talking about has nothing to do with enlightenment. enlightenment has nothing to do with energy and moods, etc. he is simply promoting his particular brand of psychology, not enlightenment. cheers...

WARNING : SADHGURU IS A CON GURU
"Everybody believes he has high levels of conscuousness" says Sadhguru sarcastically , actually projecting his own view about himself. (As he described in another video, years ago he had a spiritual experience and evidently believes that since then he is enlightened. If he were he would not be grifting! )
He goes on: "if put to the test they will fail miserably." What a super hypocritical comment!
What about himslef, Jagadish Vasudev, who likes to be called Sadhgiri ?! He fails the test by his very presence! Sadhus are supposed to be ascetics who have renounced the world; yet he has amassed wealth grifiting ignorant and gullible Westerners. He established the Isha
Foundation in which memebers who are registered (for a fee) , are told they will "probably attain enlightenmen" - LOL
But in this present video he overconned himself !!
First he describes how arousing the Kundalini shakti in one's spine is a speedy way to enligtenment (which is true but is like saying that a world marathon champion can speedily run the distance of 10 km).
And then he adds these SICKENING words:
"its very easy to achieve enlightenment , especially when I am around".
Jesus Christ ! What an abhorent con artist this man is si !
Even the Hindu sages throughout Indian history, even the Buddha who longed to see the whole human race enlightened, never told anyone he can "easily" attain enlightenment - even when he was in their presence and with his assistance!
But here we have Sadhguu (Jagadish Vaasudev), openly and publically, without the last remaining molecule of decency, inviting people to allow themselves to be conned !
How much will Sadhuru charge to enlighten a person ? $ 10.000 ? $ 100,000 ? A million?
I conefess I feel like voimitting !
I am not a lawyer but I suspect such collossal and shameless public grifting could be a criminal offense. Any lawyers here?

I am unsure where to go for this advice but I am fairly new to meditation, I have only done it a handful of times but I have generally always approached it with the idea of allowing my mind to think and feel what ever it wishes without any judgement or control, these last two times I meditated my mind became very bright and what I could only describe as calming, I felt so connected to this area in my mind that I lost all feeling or placement in reality I am not sure how to describe this, but after leaving this mindset it felt as if a large amount of darkness invaded the brightness and as I was coming back into reality my eyes although closed felt as if a huge amount of weight was forcing them closed even more, it was odd and confusing and I am unsure why it happened or what this mindset I came into was, the meditation only lasted maybe 30 minutes but it was a very interesting experience.

Comment to Sad Guru’s latest YouTube upload on Adiyogi “Darkness”:
“There is a gateway to the gods in south americas that was recently visited by a couple. The wife stayed on this side of the gateway, the man hummed the cadence of vibration told him by the local guide, while on his knees with his forehead resting on a small depression in the face of the stone door. By the time he had finished orchestrating the combination of tones of the humming; he found himself being propelled through a kind of cosmic tunnel. When he when he arrived at his destination; he found himself in a universe of immensely bright light where every individual thing was composed of various degrees of darkness. He had a conversation with a being that was there who told him the entire universe he had come from was an experiment they had been performing and monitoring for quite an extensive time. And though time takes on an aeon for us to them it was measurable since it’s inception. There was more to the conversation, including an explaination of his return. Alas; of which I am not presently privy to recall. It is out there, and could be found if you discern your curiosity compelling enough to do so. Thank you for sharing with us so much useful perceptions of how one might navigate in this reality successfully our benevolently seeming Sad Guru.”
From The Lament of Hermes Tris Magistus to Asclepius:
“They will prefer shadows to light. And they will find death more expedient than life. No one will look up to heaven. The reverent will be thought mad. The irreverent wise. The lunatic will be thought brave. And the scoundrel will be taken for a decent person. Soul, and all teachings about soul as I reveal them to you will be considered not simply laughable but even illusory.”
That said; whether dark or light, we are each and every one, sparks of an eternal flame.
Or whatever floats your boat;o)
