It is always funny to see people asking the same questions, over and over, about "what can we do about this, about that", but rarely what can I do about myself?
Unless they have encountered great suffering.
And that is the only key necessary to move forward, for most people. I hope, pray we all live someday in a state of non suffering, blessed with great light, when realization becomes a day to day process that is as natural as breathing...and it is.
