This is good. But fear is an essential survival reaction. Without fear - we would not react to danger and be wiped out of existence. Fear and reflexive responses are genetically coded and shaped by many millennia of human evolution. It is the over presence of fear that is dangerous. It's absence is equally dangerous

I would love that part of my brain removed sadhguru. My past and thinking negatively about what is to happen causes so much fear and anxiety. I do accept that once i experience it, i am able to handle other encounters well. However, the first encounter i have comes whenever i need confidence most. And, i am always afraid that if i am not done with it completely, it shall come at a time i need standing for myself the most, and it shall greatly intertefere with the strong person i am meant to be.
