So if I understand correctly,.
One's karma/memory/software is what provides the shape, and upon physical death, your bubble won't have a discerning mind, so it will gravitate based on its tendencies/vasana/smell.
The practice of Japa, Tapa, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi, shoonya, samyama allows you to make your bubble bigger.
A large or old (84+ year old) feeble bubble will allow you to reincarnate quickly
But how do you do to make the bubble such that you don't reincarnate? And is there ever an end to your personal experience/consciousness?

how can we prove this 'consciousness without a body' when the body itself is an instrument to experience consciousness(by his statement, not my idea)? It's like telling a blind man to believe that the rainbow is a visual spectacle. But you know what, Sadhguru can claim to give eyes to this blind man, but because this claim cannot be proved( because consciousness is more complex than vision ), the business works.

With due respects, Sadhguru ji, I respectfully disagree with you. Consciousness does not need any sophisticated instruments to access it. Consciousness "knows" itself by itself. We intuit it as OUR OWN INEFFABLE SELF. Consciousness being "prior" to instruments, can never be accessed by any instruments including body and mind (nor is there any need to access it - as it is the most fundamental and eternally present principle in which all our experiences rise and fall). Consciousness is SELF-EVIDENT AND SELF-LUMINOUS and is the "light" which enables us to 'see' the "instrument" and the instrument is none other than consciousness itself.
