Also, being in customer service can sometimes be detrimental to anxiety when speaking in public. Because 70% of the customers talk down to you because you work a blue collar job and provide nothing beneficial to them (in their eyes) besides, ya know, every fucking need of theirs. But they’d never get it. Too many people never had to work retail or food service in their life and it shows. I think it should be essential for everyone to work at least a single year in the service industry. Society would treat each other a lot better..
