This makes 0 sense. Why would an election in another state bother some other state? This is just a power grab from national parties to weaken regional parties. State issues matter and shouldn't be overshadowed by national messaging. And we all end in peril if we take away our ability to frequently remind politicians what we think of them. Often the better.
