Ohh you stupid people 😂 This bow is nothing, wait till you hear about the powerful arrows 😁 Rama lived 12000 years before christ was born so its difficult for you peeps to comprehend this technology. The world is not linear.
@TheLargeoldshoe Says:
very good explanation.. thank you
@siddhartsoojhawon6383 Says:
Thank you for providing your explanation. Greatly appreciated. However i disagree with you. Because what you are doing is trying to superimposed today's worldview about something from a different era and trying to find yourselves in that situation. However context and era is different. Similar situation can be seen in archaeological findings of Egypt where we are trying to find ourselves instead of being open minded to how these people of these civilization would think. Also If ancient Greek would look at our science they would laugh at us. Also this is why all innovation has plateau since we are all forced to think the same way because of our education system and the contents we consume which shapes us in a certain format.

Have one thing to correct when you said No human has strength to shoot through 7 tree trunks. It should be mentioned that it is by today's standard. the people of the past woulds be perfectly able to since their strength would be multiple times greater than humans of today. good explanation about string stoppers. that would be it. now regarding exploding arrows. there were Explosives in use during that time.there are 3 different works of different times mentioning such and sculptures of india are known for carving miniatures in great detail. you can see praveen's other videos for that. there are more than 10 examples. and according to Valmiki Ramayana I think if I am not wrong Rama used a simple arrow to pierce through the tree trunks, not an explosive arrows. and there are detailed descriptions of the effect of explosive arrows in ancient Indian texts. you are right that Rama and his brothers do not need telescopic or other sight assists. they are pros. however there were telescopes in use during that time at least according to the sculptures. the guy in the sculpture is HOLDING AGAINST HIS EYE HIS RIGHT EYE LOOKS LIKE. BUT GOOD ATEMPT JUST NEEDED A FEW CORRECTIONS OR ADDITIONS TO COMPLETE THE ANALYSIS.
@dharanitracks Says:
I respect your effort to respond to his video.. but trust me he's insane. In his initial days, he was making his videos with some demonstrations to prove his theory but when he realised that he's getting recognition and fame he started to loose his shit. This guy just visits any random historical place in Thailand, Mexico, India and so on and keep using this word " Advanced Technology" .. for him almost every historical places on earth is made by Aliens and Advanced Technology but will he show any single proof apart from his own myth? Nop ! This guy will soon be admitted to a mental asylum at this rate or join his Alien race once they visit earth with their " advance technology " to take him back. -_-

See...those are just stories and many stories are exaggerated. And Praveen mohan cooks his own cock and bull stories to make his videos 😂😂😂. And his superstitious followers bliendly believe every bullshit he cooks 😂😂😂😂

Dude says - " don't mean to be disrespect" and goes on to call Rama "myth". 🙄 I'm not a fan of Praveen mohan either.
@sidyajv Says:
Thats the truth. You cant prove something on the basis of carvings, you have to be rational. I think, praveen leaves this part upto the audience.
@Dan1ell Says:
20:34 The guy isn't holding it against his mouth though.
@Dan1ell Says:
16:31 There are infact earth penetrating weapons, also called bunker busters, that do not explode on impact. They explode only after penetrating soil, walls, what have you, for some time. A similar design could easily pass through 7 trees before exploding.
@visageliquifier3636 Says:
I do not know the legend, nor how the ancient Indian language operated, however I'd hazard a guess that these excellent archers held off or disrupted an attack by firing through a treeline at an approaching formation. The treeline was likely thick enough to protect the enemy from common arrows, but the brothers' heavier arrows would crash through the thinner branches and keep enough momentum to be lethal. Then a runner, who likely was not near by, was sent to tell an officer that the brothers held off an attack by firing through "a line of trees and still killed soldiers on the other side". If you interpret the "line" as not a horizontal screen but a vertical colonnade of trees, you now have a legend.
@manishpandey1522 Says:
About gear, I completely agree, that should be a stopper only. But about other details like penetrating 7 trees, and explosives, the arrow used for penetration would definitely be different than explosive one. The penetrative arrow would be like long and very sharp kinda arrow. And yes, Rama could penetrate 7 trees with single arrow as he is an incarnation of Supreme divine God Vishnu who is also known as Dhanurdhar and Dhanurveda. Dhanurdhar means bestest archer, dhanurveda means one who invented the science of Archery. Also arrows could be missiles, as it is clearly mention in scriptures there are lot of different kind of weapons like Brahmastra, Narayanastra, which could cause mass destruction and potentially destroy entire Earth.

Whatever the artist was attempting to show us it’s definitely not a regular bow. We can deduce that much from the sculpture even if we don’t agree on what sort of bow it is. We know from the story that his bow was special. He’s just hypothesizing and you are disputing that special bow wasn’t possible. There’s always been special bows some were made from rams horns or other exotic materials but warriors always want an advantage over their enema.
@GameTry1 Says:
Well I don't know the whole truth but it was believed that Ram was a 9 ft tall man , and can lift the bow of lord Shiva which actually roughly weight around 1 ton.
@ankhenaton7197 Says:

I believe that Jorg is absolutely correct , and if the circular objects aren't a separating mechanism then possibly a string dampener.
@multi-mason Says:
Oral tradition. The stories, past down through generations, described these guys as having strange bowls with round mechanisms, that Scott through 8 trees. The stone carvers then, working from oral tradition, carved something appropriately vague. A strange bow, with strange mechanism. The brothers actually had something closer to what we might call a rail gun. To the ancient people who originally relayed the story though, they had no context for anything like rail guns, so they related it to bows. Strange bows, with strange wheels. Of course that may not have been wheels or gears either, but they described as something relatable. As the oral tradition came down through generations, subtle details where probably lost in translation as well. The stone carving represents the oral tradition, not reality. Other things are far more detailed, because they where things familiar to the stone carvers life experience.
@franciscosouza454 Says:
Or maybe they where just built different enough to shot a arrow that can pierce a single tree and kill someone behind it, and just put holes in the trees and put bark back in the the holes covering it🤔🤔.
@anupambanerjee7911 Says:
We have to keep in mind Ram and Laxman was a king and did not experiment around with there weapons there will be a man or a group of man who process this bow and arrow from Dusratha to Rama to Luv Kush hence they keep on improving there weapons bcoz they fight 100 of wars and have more than one weapon
@chrisanderson5317 Says:
Mr. Joerg, if you could make a composite, laminated bow of wood and cow horn used in ancients times, and demonstrate it's advantage/disadvantage to the medieval English longbow, that might give us some insight into these weapons. I have heard that ancient composite bows could launch arrows one-half mile! That seems more powerful than the longbow.
@GowthamV07 Says:
If nuclear bombs dint exist before modern era why was it mentioned in mahabaratha ? ! maybe we lost some technologly like the stone cutting tech used by ancient people. Maybe their technology evolved in a different direction than us.
@GowthamV07 Says:
And 20:44 the guy is actually holding it straight to his eyes and not his mouth. Cant you see his face clearly.?
@GowthamV07 Says:
Yes nuclear bombs were thought to be physically impossible to destory a planet with a singe blast but what happen ? It's only time when we discover and make impossible things possible.

@Aarrddee76 Says:
Joerg,, For you may be its mythology but for us it was real.. First of you don't know a few facts of that bow which is being shown with lord Rama. The bow is supposedly very heavy and given to him by another legend when Rama breaks Lord Shiva's bow. Go to Nepal the pieces have turned into rocks now. Secondly, the story is atleast 7000 years or more old. What kind of technology did u guys had in bow making then?? Since the britishers visited India since late 1700's suddenly all technology advancement started happening. What bullshit story of apple falling down on Newton... what his shit flying in the air that he got the idea from apple?? All such stories are made up to cover the copying part. So I Absolutely disagree from what ever story u say just because there is no such bow being made in such a way as shown in the artifact.
