We have plenty of child murderers. Recently one threw another one off the balcony. Evil exists even in children. We have prisons just for kids. Kids are constantly being kicked out of school for violence and worse. Recently one teacher was stabbed. The sweeter ones usually get bullied and shunned. Their seen as weak.
