my girlfriend of 11 years decided to leave me this Monday & that she doesn't love me the same way anymore I'm sitting here by myself & I'm feeling beyond lonely, this feeling in my chest that feels horrible won't go away. I constantly feel like I'm starving but I can't hardly bring myself to even chew on food at the same time. I struggle to fall asleep, if I do I wake up & my minds right back to tormenting me. I know time is meant to heal, but right now I feel like it won't. Worst part is I'm nearly 40, my chance to have a family is gone, my house I bought with her will be gone. My whole life will essentially be wiped away. I can't even describe how low I feel, but this is the worst moment of my life & I honestly am struggling My parents are still alive, so I would never end my life this whole experience is so unbearable & just constantly feels like a bad dream, sometimes it doesn't seem like it's real almost like I'm losing my mind a bit & then it sinks in & it all becomes very overwhelming
