DO NOT overdo neem... Our ancestors used to brush using neem twigs... That's the portion size.. A very lil amount first thing in morning will do I guess.. I'm saying this bcoz I heard that a guy was overdoing it and died due to some condition.. root reason being this

Yeah, the problem is that many of us can't get our hands on actual live or fresh neem to do this properly. Only having to rely on capsules, which i believe have an effect, I'm not sure if it's as potent.

If you're a young man avoid ingesting Neem in any form as Neem can destroy sperm cells even after a single dose and prolonged ingestion could make it very difficult for you to make a baby. If you must use Neem then only use it as a topical application only.
