Watching your video's has aways been refreshing to me. Especially when I was going through tough times with my sister battling breast cancer. After 2 weeks of fermenting a sourdough starter, we finally baked our 1st loaf of sourdough bread and it was amazing!! 3 people in our family have been eating gluten-free for 12 years due to a sensitivity and we all feel fine after consuming the sourdough bread.
