Society is full of dysfunction divorce depression and toxicity. If you want to work,work. If You want to stay home stay home. Don't listen to Society because they dont know what they doing. But if a women is successful when she was single that is great. However everyone knows dynamics change once you get married and have kids. If she wanted to be a career girl then she should have stayed single or at least wait until young children grow up a bit. Putting a strain on traditional roles just complicates things. I could be wrong or i could be right. Taking turns sounds best to me. Everyone needs to shine in their own right and after a 3 year shutdown everybody trying to go outside 😊 Staying home is just as important nothing like quality care. But yeah take turns equally when little one are in the picture.
