I watched a video years ago of Sadhguru taking several disciples to a sacred lake in Tibet. Beings or aliens lived underwater but could possess the bodies of humans when they went into the water. Quite scary but fascinating to watch.

Navigating this from lower to higher level through correct and appropriately suitable Karma is the observance of the correct Dharma. There are various tools, methodologies, schools and traditions that all ultimately point to the same through different perspectives and paths be it Yoga, Tantra, Advaita, Buddha, Dvaita, Shakta, Ajivika, Shakta, Shaiva, Vaishnava ... the choices are endless as we are diverse in creation and experience. It is always a matter of choice but importantly of well informed, aware, conscious, suitable, appropriate and responsible choice.
