Well I come from an agricultural background. We grew up on meat, potatoes and vegetables. Today I eat what I like including rice, pasta and all meats. At 68 I have no issues, do a full days work and have a healthy BMI. My father is 91 yrs and has lived the same. So Sadhguru, you can do as you wish and so will I continue as I have with life's culinary pleasures. This is New Years eve and I will raise a glass of good Canadian whiskey to celebrate. Peace to all and much contentment in .24!

He talks so much yet says nothing. Show me the science of what you are saying. Explain it. Don't just say it is so. This just sounds like more superstition and misunderstanding.
@misha8634 Says:
Im the jewish Torah it states: do not cook a kid in its mother’s milk. The translation into kashrut laws is that you are not permitted to mix milk (which is life) with meat (which is death). Love how Sadhguru says the same thing in his own way.
