He is totally right... but if you live in a capitalistic system (it means quite everywhere 😅) you have to work only to survive. For the most part of the population there is no possibility to choose to do only what they want. 🤷🏻♀️

You really need to enjoy I would say I would definitely agree you need to work, but you if your objective is to always give the weekend that value “simply by” seeing what the weekend is, it just doesn’t make the week. It’s almost like you’re sliding through the week and not knowing what to expect.

I see his point. But one should find time for both their work life and personal life.

Yes the people in united states are so programmed to suffer from their own making . Striving for the wrong things . I don't understand why possessions are more important than living life to the fullest experiencing what surrounds them .

I have a question...
I learnt from you a while to strive to do my best wherever I am. This teachimg aligned very well with my values, because here in Romania, for the last 20 years, all people wanted was to go abroad toward the western society which was simingly more developed and civilized and less corrupted. (I think they just deceive themselves not understanding that if nobody stayes there is nobody to improve this place)
But back to my question...
I've been working for a company for the last 7 years of my life. I really like the people here, and they are the only reason that I keep staying here. Cause...it feels like a family (and I don't mean in the toxic corporate way, but really there is a hand of people that make this place a lot more pleasant)
In the last 3 years, I've been moved to a full dutch team (the company has office there too). But no matter what I do every day feels like a struggle to work in this team...not that those people are not nice too, because they are and I leqrn a lot from them, but their way of work is like...not fitting me at all. I have completelly different expectations on how things should be going on.
So my question is...how do I know when it is enough...I mean, I do my best to get along with their ways, while trying to let them know what I would like things to be instead, but I just can't see the light at the end of the tunnel...I see everybody doing their best to improve the situation, but what I experience is just more work, and more conflicts to solve...and I don't know where I'm going wrong
