That makes me feel rather terrible, it seems my anger is a habit I developed by seeing it stops other people wasting my time.
The answer then as always sounds very simple, accept more so that life should happen as it does and to break that habit. I feel disgusting afterwards and have boiled it down to not liking other people's attitudes but that is their problem to deal with and I need to let it flow past.
