Get rid of the tub no need for it if you're planning on having a hot tub since anyone that enjoys relaxing in a bath will be more than happy to relax in the hot tub then just get rinsed off and washed in the shower.

@user-AgentCarter66 Says:
For the outside layout use rock stuff you used on the training wall for the po-po-training area flowing as its walkways sort of like a off grid - ish(??)

Perfect time to build a Murphys bed in the bedroom that houses the pillows , sheets and house bedrooms supplies.😊
@moparman1962 Says:
Matt...put two cameras that also have infrared night capability hidden pointed at your sign from two different angles TO SEE and CATCH whoever has been ripping your signs down. It would be cool, funny and satisfying if you caught them (and their rig) on camera as they were doing it.

Make sure to put insulation in the interior walls for noise control.

I'm late here but you should let all the designers book a free stay. Designs/schematics are expensive!
@Anna-ds5ml Says:
I think if I’m travelling around and I stopped somewhere like this I’d want the door covered with a porch or something so I’m not traipsing dirt straight into the living area. I’d also love a washer/dryer. Maybe you could turn that bump out into a mud room instead of a larger bathroom?
@Living_EDventures Says:
Looks like a class A insulation job.

Love you too! Keep being awesome! Stay the course little dreamer, it'll work out with endurance! Cheers! @Matt Carriker

How about one of the compact washer dryers in there too

Range in the corner would be a nightmare against a wall flush. Never seen a range against a wall.

That concrete was poured on my 5th birthday! Lol
@summerstidham2612 Says:
You should swap the sides that the tun and shower are on. Put the tub behind the glass wall and the shower tucked into the corner behind the toilet. Leads to more privacy. Still open and sensual, but a little more private if someone doesn't want to be seen. :) Just a thought! Haven't scrolled through the comments to see what anybody else has said. :) Also, you have a closet by the bedroom door, you could turn that into a stacking washer and dryer instead. If you're only renting out the tiny home as a getaway, then you can attract more people with a washer and dryer. I know that is one of the things I look into when I am looking for a vacation spot. To keep the place less 'crowded' with my belongings, I pack less and do laundry while I am there. :) Also if they're hiking and stuff you don't want sweaty smelling clothes just hanging out in a trash bag in your luggage. :) It's gonna look amazing though whatever you do decide!
@jmudman4116 Says:
Not a fan of the glass door between bedroom and bathroom. Had a discussion about seethrough shower doors some time ago and most people prefered solid doors. Love the video though :)
@paulbillington9974 Says:
so we geting him to do all the mock up moduls for the bildings?
@jansteyaert1 Says:
not sure if I'd go with a bath and a shower. It's a tiny house so I'd go for no bath and a walk-in shower. Saves a lot of space and might give extra space for a closet or washing machine/dryer in the bathroom.
@travyhart4932 Says:
👍
@coatessammie7562 Says:
Washer and dryer would nice?
@Seeb_Havij Says:
Get heated floors. Maybe just for the bathroom: They’re super cheap and easy to install before the tiles. Also don’t forget a utility room, for hot water. Ac. All that stuff
@teiigzz6607 Says:
Would be cool to somehow work carol and herbs name into the final floor design kinda like that girl did on Tik Tok with the well in her kitchen
@paulhasser625 Says:
Not a tiny house; Tiny Mansion!
@JohnyLatelyCome Says:
You shouldn’t have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom
@nickdebruyckere12 Says:
i would not put the stove i the corner that is annoying
@annettehighfill3920 Says:
Won't you have to meet handicap measurements? Bathroom won't fit that without making the still area wider and longer. Does have to be wider throughout. Looks great other than that
@girthtrude5040 Says:
why not use the upstairs/loft space for the kids
@kevinaldridge1684 Says:
If I won the lotto I’d be strait over to stay in you BNB lol
@aprilhill771 Says:
Ok so if you use someone's plans you should invite them to stay for a weekend getaway. That would be awsome
@Cascade47 Says:
Really like your new layout .. and use loft for storage if hotel/BB supplies ...
@jackiehenderson4753 Says:
If you’re going to have a hot tub, I would get rid of the bathtub and just have a shower. Then you can have decent room for the toilet. Also agree with a few viewers, that bathroom should be on same side as kitchen, cuts down on cost and keeps bedroom more private
@theetactician Says:
I hope you reuse some of the material that is currently in that building during the remodel. I know you want to make it “modern”, but I like the idea of keeping it as free as possible. Plus let’s be honest that resort is already probably costing a fortune so a next to nothing remodel would be good. You never know what you might be able to acquire if you ask the community and check your local area.
@informica02.24 Says:
Matt, have you already held Ukrainian sausage in your cheek?😅
