I most definitely agree with your motivation on taking care of ourselves. I am not a sit down and stay on the couch guy. I learnt that years ago when I was overweight. I hated the feeling of being sick and I also hid my goofy personality. It was very difficult to want to say or do something and just keep it hidden. As I lost my weight, it became easy to be more of myself. The more of myself, the more others noticed me more. I am not doing it for people to notice me more, because it is a freedom of independence to be myself. Thanks for the video!
