I understand its lot easier to throw out n just get new... but lot of stufc you destroy can seriously be reused... the chairs the woodall that survived so many years being abandoned n will stand double that longer cuz stuff back then was quality... now things are made few time use n need replacing.. so much waste... its understandable if you so rick you got ton of extra billions that are like pennies to you but we know its a,super lomg expensive project... sinceyou doing lot of work yourself instead of hiring companies it be better to think n take time to take stuff apart more gentle n reuse it elsewhere on the property...
