Light Gray siding, Slate on the trim. Or you could leave the siding as is and paint the trim multiple fun colors like a beach house.
Also you could have that table cut down a little and have some nice sturdy legs made for it.

It looks like someone might have used it for a summer home? And I would use the other side of the house for a living room, I don't like the idea of having a living room right next to my bedroom, just in case someone is a night owl and wants to sit up all night and watch TV. As a larger family i would love having 2 living rooms. One for the kids and one for the adults. Also color scheme.. keep it white and change the trim and walkways to a medium to dark even maybe almost black brown wood brown. White keeps it bright and clean looking from the dessert colors all around. That way later on it will match other buildings if you go with a real wood trim theme.
The dining table and bar chairs are enough.

I know your dad has a nice home and piece of property that is like a natural game reserve that he mentioned a few years ago that the adjoining lands are being developed into rural residential properties. He expressed some concerns about neighbors trespassing on his land. It would be great and a natural fit for them to relocate to your resort and be the on-site managers or overseers. Just to get someone you trust on site!
