I really don't like the way these videos are edited. I don't know if Sadhguru himself watches the videos. But I can hardly imagine that he thinks it's good. It is overdramatic and exaggerated.

I never make a conscious effort to visit my loved ones graves as I don't feel the need. I prefer to remember them when they were alive, happy and vibrant. Having said that when I do visit the cemetary, all I feel is peace for everyone there.
I have a few items of loved ones clothing that have sentimental value, but all I want to do is distance myself from them which tells me I need to get rid of them to make Thier transition complete. Thankyou for this video🙏 Namaste.
