The point of realisation.
Its a journey from the periphery to the Core.
Self Realisation.

I didn't really know what a Yantra actually was, but I had heard the word go around here and there. A few weeks ago when i was laying in bed with my eyes closed I suddenly saw an image of a Yantra pop into my head, specifically the, Sri yantra, (didn't know what it was at the time). I laid there thinking about what it was, analysing the geometric patterns and symbols. I questioned what this thing was because it looked so beautiful and a feeling of ease. I felt the urge to "touch" whatever it was and I said to myself 'i need this, but what is it?'. The word 'YANTRA' sprung into my mind then I immediately rolled over to grab my phone to look up the word Yantra before I forgot.
What I saw in my mind was exactly what I found when I looked it up. I sat up and started looking through all the different Yantras and researching what they are properly. But the Sri Yantra like the one in my head, was the only one that I felt a specific calling towards. I stared at it for a couple minutes and felt an overwhelming sense that I had to be "one" with it. The next day I drew it and stuck it to my wall, now every night before bed I look at it and thank whatever sent this magnificent gem to my way. I guess you could say I'm obsessed now, because I'm getting my very own custom made necklace of the Sri Yantra and I'm so excited to wear it and take it everywhere with me. I want to dive deeper and understand it as much as possible 🤍

With the flow and rhytmical all three aspects can come together, in geometrical shapes. And can have an healing impact. So when Sadhguru speaks of this, It is so interesting, due to my recently inteoduction becoming an art therapist🙏🏻
