He is saying, if your life is suffering then of course what you're looking for is to live peacefully and joyfully, and that's just simple sensible life. But if you're living spritually, then your life had been peacefull and joyfull already, and you'd lead to exploring the fundamental of your existence. No suffering people would lead to find the fundamental of their existence.

When life is not happy and peaceful , we tend to think that spiritual practice will give the peace and happiness.
Infact after intense dyana of few years ,being peaceful and joyful will become a natural thing. Every day will feel like a new day.😂
But when you can be joyfull and peaceful for an entire month very easily, thats the time we realise that being happy is not what we are seeking. The will to do something will still be there.😮
If one can continue the sadhana in these state of mind ,then only the spiritual process actually begins. 😊
But the thing is ,when we reached to these kind of state of mind,then not all will be able to continue the process further inward. 😢
Exploring real spirituality is more than one lifetime of work,unless your are an old soul with lifetime of suffering one will not experince anything spirituality, but the work will be done inside so the next life your can start abit ahead.😊

By not seeking wisdom or existential fundamentals they actually come to you at least they always came to me. It doesn’t need exploration you‘ll just have to be open for it and make room. The rest will happen on its own and honestly life isn’t that deep as many want to believe or think. Started my spiritual journey in childhood now I am 26 and it feels like one life’s behind me and back to where it all started. So back to eternity which I now appreciate , something that I didn’t in childhood because it was boring to me and too easy living life. I was immensely dumb 😂
