Yes vegetarian diet is indeed good choice for all. Here I would like to say that human small intestine length is smaller compared to true herbivorous animals. Humans have evolved for mixed diet both meat and vegetable. If we want to be complete vegan we have to balance the amount of protein, fibre and carbs.

Ragi was my favorite breakfast food while living in Bangalore. I lived with a wonderful family from Kerala and an 86 years old aunty used to prepare it for me sometimes in the morning, besides it's health benefits, it was the tastiest thing in the world. Also, Ragi Dosa with mint and coconut chutney can be out of this world... :)

Oh wow… this was super awakening for me in terms of eating fast. I can literally eat so much food in a matter of ten/twelve minutes. He said the food times you and basically turns the hunger off then. The power of fruit and the body is pretty amazing. Lot to it when we aren’t being taught anything correct in western culture. I rely on this type of material :)
