I would have loved to have stuck around for the tour but all the quick movements of the camera brought on nausea. My problem as I get motion sickness when camera people film like that. The camera motion here is over the top though. Hope you don’t do that when you do the actual showcasing the home.

Put the laundry in the pantry and make the laundry another bedroom. Paint all the ceilings a soft white and all the walls one colour to bring it together so it’s not so disjointed. A Harry Potter room under the stairs, with a half height door only. The house is weird enough on its own. Name your decks and bedrooms so people don’t have to discribe the room they are in, they can just say the Moonshine shine, or the Bourbon room.

Great House Matt . Its perfect for what you guys are doing . The tile in the kitchen is great and it ws expensive I can tell . Please keep it the tile . The wall color you can change to a different color , if the yellow colore does not work for you . I don't like yellow untill I saw that one in your kitchen it really works with the marble and the cupboards. I m new to your site . Really enjoy what ll you and your wife have done .
